Please note that our final shipping date for delivery by Christmas is Friday, 20th December 2019.
Question 1: What packaging do BGW use?
We are proud of our beautiful wraps and want you to receive them in pristine condition. We only send your wraps out in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging that aligns with our ethos of supporting sustainable living.
Question 2: When will my wraps be shipped out?
All orders received before 2pm are guaranteed to be shipped out that same day. Any received after this time will either go out that day or are guaranteed to go out the next business day. Please note that we do not ship at the weekend.
Question 3: What Carriers do you use?
For orders with a retail value of under £50 we use tracked Royal Mail services. We add your tracking number to your sales information in your account so that you can see where you package is at any point. For orders over £50 we use our Preferred Courier, UPS. Once again, you will can track your package from your account.
Question 4: What happens if my package does not arrive?
Should you experience any issues with your delivery, please track your package via your account in the first instance and, if you still have questions, simply email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be delighted to help you with your problem.
Question 5: How much do you charge for shipping?
All orders over £20 retail value are shipped free of charge. Orders under £20 retail value receive a £3.00 shipping fee.
