Bee Green Wraps win Highly Commended in the Gift of the Year Awards!

I am so excited to share our news at, firstly, being Finalists for, and then being chosen as Highly Commended in the Ethical Gifts section of the 2019 Gift of the Year Awards.

The Gift of the Year Awards are the most highly-respected industry accolades recognising the best new products and top retail talent in the UK.

Bee Green Wraps UK launched in August 2018 and we have been overwhelmed by the positive response to our range of vibrant and colourful beeswax wraps.  We were delighted to be selected as Finalists in the Gift of the Year award and were invited to the awards ceremony at this years Spring Fair on Sunday, 3 February at the NEC Birmingham.

We were not expecting there to be quite so many people at the awards ceremony and, upon arrival, the seats were all full except for the two at the front. Here we are!

Events kicked off with a presentation from Sarah Ward, CEO of The Giftware Association , who commented on the range, quality and vibrancy of all categories of this year's Awards.

We were blown away by the range and quality of entrants - From The Healthy Kids cooking kit by Little Cooks Company to The Robin Winter Care pack by Wildlife World, there were so many great ideas and high quality products on offer.

The highlight of the evening, for us, was definitely hearing Bee Green Wraps being named as highly commended in the Ethical Gifts category. Of course, we absolutely love our wraps but it is wonderful that they are loved by others too and, winning an award is the icing on the cake.

From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for supporting and buying Bee Green Wraps and for supporting our cause in reducing, and hopefully eliminating, single use plastic waste.
